Admissions

We ask that small animal surgery patients are admitted into the hospital the morning of their surgery by 8:30 AM.  These patients must be off food for 12 hours before anesthesia.  This is for their safety during the proceedure.

Large or small animal patients can be hospitlized if the attending doctor feels that this is needed.

Small animal patients and their owners can enter through the east door, this opens into the reception area and the front desk.

Horses and their owners can be admitted at the front desk and unloaded in the west end of the building.  There are large double doors here and rubber matting on the floor.

Cattle can be off-loaded on the south side of the building.  Trailers should enter the west driveway and follow this around to the south end.  There is a drive-through area here to unload.  Cattle can be reloaded here or through an alley to the east end.

If you have any questions about admissions, please give us a call.
